The short version
4 districts, {count} named locations
Melino has 4 districts — Old Town, Industrial, Mountain and Countryside — and 28 documented named locations. Schools and workplaces are rabbit holes in Early Access (your Para disappears inside for the shift), but every job ties to a physical building somewhere in town. All known town events are free, and every public lot can be visited except the ones flagged below.
The full list
All locations, grouped by district
Every location page documented on the official wiki, mapped to the four in-game districts. Names in parentheses are the game's official localized names where they exist; the English original is always shown too. 'Rabbit hole' means your Para goes in but you can't follow.

District not pinned down
Two rows don't map cleanly to a single district: the Lighthouse's infobox leaves its neighborhood blank (the wiki only says it's closest to the Industrial district), and most parks on the map are just named 'Park'.
| Place | Lot type | What you can do there | Jobs |

Weekly calendar
Town events, and where they happen
All known town events are free, held in public spaces, and announced in The New Paper. These are the confirmed recurring ones and the places they're pinned to.
Treasure Hunt
Every Thursday
Around Castle Plaza, Old Town — Red chests in good condition spawn around the plaza. The contents are random Build Mode items — not collectibles, so they can't be donated to the Museum.
Weekend Market (Sunday Market)
Every Sunday
Castle Plaza, Old Town — Rotating stalls sell decorative oddities, art and more. Premium Gym runs a stall with food and a machine that levels Fitness knowledge and the Exercise skill.
Outdoor Cinema
Weekly, once announced in The New Paper
Castle Plaza, near the Town Hall & Library entrance — Big screen, mismatched chairs and a projector; the popcorn machine is present but non-functional. The first screening was a one-off, then it started recurring weekly.
Astronomy Club
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Mountain Top Park — variants also meet at the Industrial district park and near the Moon Tower — Telescopes are provided, and observing boosts Science knowledge.
Jogging Club
Recurring — exact days unconfirmed
Rallies near the mountain-trail park, bus stop D — Runs up the mountain; free healthy snacks and sports equipment are handed out at the trail start.
Yoga Class (Premium Gym)
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
Rotates between the Community Center, the Industrial District park and Mountain Top park — Free, up to 8 Paras on 8 mats. Levels Fitness knowledge and the Exercise skill faster — the only known business-organized event.
The Oddities Shop stall — 2 unique items every Sunday
The Oddities Shop stall at the Weekend Market always offers 2 unique, randomly spawned items that can't be bought in Build Mode. Documented prices run from a P10 Clown Chair up to a P800 Anatomical Model — Mystical Cat P150, Country Toad P500, Microwave Frog P500, Mirror Snake P300, Wall Ear P250 and more.
Since patch 0.1.6, Paras learn skills faster while participating in town events — one more reason to show up. The exact total number of implemented events is unconfirmed; the wiki only says more exist beyond these.
Rebuild the ruins
Community Center: all 15 Community Bundles
The Community Center in Old Town starts as vegetation-covered ruins. Books inside list the town's needs: 15 Community Bundles across 4 categories. Donations come out of your inventory or wallet, every bundle pays a reward, and the surrounding neighborhood improves as bundles complete.
Art — 4 bundles
- Art Bundle 1 — a painted canvas worth over P300 → reward P2,000.
- Art Bundle 2 — a painted canvas worth over P700 → P5,000 + 'Ati' (Painter's Easel). Requires Art Bundle 1.
- Famous Painting Bundle 1 — Landscape with the Good Samaritan + Emma Hart as Circe + Woman Combing her Hair → P5,000.
- Famous Painting Bundle 2 — Liberty Leading the People + The Great Wave off Kanagawa + Mona Lisa → P10,000. Requires Famous Painting Bundle 1.
Food — 5 bundles
- Cake Bundle — group portions of Confetti Cake, Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake → P10,000.
- Simple Meal Bundle — group portions of Microwaved Hamburger, Spaghetti Marinara, Ham Sandwich → P1,000.
- Gourmet Meal Bundle — group portions of Croissant, Hawaiian Pizza, Fluffy Pancakes → P10,000. Requires Simple Meal Bundle.
- Common Mushroom Bundle — Oyster, Porcini, King Trumpet → P2,000.
- Rare Mushroom Bundle — Black Trumpet, Turkey Tail → P10,000. Requires Common Mushroom Bundle.
Funding — 5 bundles (each requires the previous)
- Money Bundle 1 — P5,000 → 'Hector' (item).
- Money Bundle 2 — P20,000 → Water Recycler.
- Money Bundle 3 — P50,000 → 'Minico' (Solar Panel).
- Money Bundle 4 — P125,000 → 'Minico' (Wind Turbine).
- Money Bundle 5 — P500,000 → 'Topi' (Museum Castle Miniature).
Technology — 1 bundle
- Technology Bundle 1 — 'Gamini' Gamer Computer + Gamer Desk + Gamer Chair → 'Giki' (Wall Sword).
Patch 0.1.4 switched the food bundles from single portions to group portions to make them easier to complete, and 0.1.5 lowered the painting value required for Art Bundle 2 (0.1.4 had already fixed paintings losing their sell value in inventory). No source documents what happens once all 15 bundles are complete — whether the building becomes a functional venue is unknown.
Every job has a real building — you just can't follow your Para inside
All Early Access careers are rabbit holes: your Para heads off and disappears into the workplace for their shift. But each job is tied to a physical building in Melino — the schools, the Hospital, the Fire Station, shops, and the Industrial district's office buildings. Three company-to-building pairs are documented so far:
Music Production Studio
The 'train tracks' office building in the Industrial district
Parallel Studios
The 'Lumen Lights' building, with the solar and wind roof
Career domain not published
Mapple Web Inc.
The 'red umbrellas' building
Career domain not published
Not yet functional
What isn't working (or isn't known) yet
Early Access ships a few places that are deliberately closed, and a few facts no source documents. Rather than guessing, here's exactly what's unfinished or unverified in build 0.1.6b:
- Edwards & Co. Factory has no current functionality — it's boarded up and marked as an office building on the map, but nothing happens there. No source confirms whether it opens in a future update; our 'closed' label is a description, not a promise.
- Several commercial lots ship intentionally closed or empty so they can open in later updates — the devs' own example is a pet shop opening when pets arrive.
- A Graveyard lot-type icon exists, but no graveyard location or gameplay is documented anywhere.
- The total lot count of the shipped Early Access build is unverified — the only number on record is a pre-launch plan of 50–70 lots, public and residential.
- The Lighthouse's district is not stated in its infobox; the wiki only says it's 'closest to the Industrial district', so we don't pin it to one.
- Castle Plaza's own infobox says lot type 'Park' while the lot-type table uses it as the Plaza example — we show both instead of inventing a resolution.
- Premium Gym's usage cost, opening hours for most shops, whether shop upper floors are playable, and the full workplace-to-job mapping are all undocumented.
Melino places — FAQ
- How many places are there in Melino?
- 28 named locations are documented — shops, restaurants, schools, parks, workplaces and the Community Center — grouped across the 4 districts on this page. The total lot count of the shipped build (including residential lots) is unverified; the only figure on record is a pre-launch plan of 50–70.
- What are the 4 districts of Melino?
- Old Town (the dense European-style center with Castle Plaza and most shops), Industrial (brick factories, office buildings and the beachfront), Mountain (hiking trails and the Mountain Lookout across the chasm) and Countryside (large lots and Susan's General Store).
- Where is the Sunday market in Paralives?
- The Weekend Market runs every Sunday at Castle Plaza in Old Town. Rotating stalls sell decorative oddities and art, and the Oddities Shop stall always has 2 unique items you can't buy in Build Mode.
- When is the treasure hunt in Paralives?
- Every Thursday, around Castle Plaza in Old Town. Look for red chests in good condition — they contain random Build Mode items, not collectibles, so they can't be donated to the Museum.
- What are Community Bundles in Paralives?
- The donation system at the ruined Community Center in Old Town: 15 bundles across 4 categories (Art, Food, Funding, Technology). You donate paintings, group portions of food, paradimes (up to P500,000) or computer gear, and each bundle pays a reward such as the Water Recycler or the Museum Castle Miniature.
- Can you go inside workplaces in Paralives?
- No — all Early Access careers and schools are rabbit holes, meaning your Para disappears inside for the shift. But every job ties to a physical building: the Hospital, the schools, the Fire Station, shops, and named office buildings like the Music Production Studio or Mapple Web Inc.
