Meet Sebastian Marquez
Sebastian Marquez is a Young Adult cook at La Tavola di Nonna, Melino's Italian restaurant, working Friday to Sunday, 17:00–22:00 for ₽300 a day. He was the first male Parafolk ever revealed, in the 'Meet Sebastian' video of July 2020, and his official backstory is the most detailed of any preset Para because it was built from a Patreon poll: a rebellious youth, a whirlwind romance with Lucas, Lucas's death in a tragic accident, and his grandmother's restaurant dream. He and Lucas adopted Eli together; since Lucas's death he has raised the boy alone.
In-game he is an Energetic Para with the Food talent, Charisma 3 and the 'Good at Taking Care of Others' social perk, plus Food Knowledge 3 and Music Knowledge 3. His starting relationships include his coworkers Tina Camara, Jamil Lewis and Rebecca Wolf. His household bio ends with the tease that getting to know Sebastian 'may reveal hidden, unexpected secrets…' — the official hook the community ran with.

In June 2026 the r/Paralives thread "What's the deal with Sebastian?" (~1.2k upvotes) turned him into the game's biggest inside joke. Players who dated him found his house 'kind of sketch': a trap door in the basement with a secret pathway to the community center, moving boxes everywhere, and three Christmas stockings labeled Sebastian, Eli and Lucas — a quiet memorial to his late husband. The thread's biggest running gag: marry Sebastian and he moves in with your Para, leaving Eli behind alone in the Marquez house. The community's own fix is to move into his house instead, or add Eli to your household with ADDSELECTEDCHARACTERSTOHOUSEHOLD. To be clear: none of this is official lore.
