Who they are
Meet Maggie Vaughan
Maggie Vaughan (Margaret) holds a special place in Paralives history: she was the first Parafolk ever revealed, in the 2020 'Meet Maggie' introduction, and has co-starred in trailers ever since. In the shipped game she is a Young Adult astronomer at the Space Agency, working Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00 for 350 paradimes a day.
She is an Overjoyed early bird — vegetarian, neat, a Jack-of-All-Trades with Art Knowledge 3 and the 'Good at Making Friends' social perk. Her 2020 lore gave her a cat named Youri; pets are not in Early Access yet, so Youri is currently lore-only. Her starting relationships include Derek Lange and Shania Camara.
Where to find Maggie Vaughan in Melino
Maggie works Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00 at the Space Agency — an office workplace the town map does not pin to a named venue, so this page leaves its district unlisted rather than guessing. The useful part is the shape of the week: after 15:00 on weekdays and all weekend she is off the clock, which makes weekend mornings the natural time to build the friendship.

Astronomy is her whole identity: the astronomy skill guide covers the levelling curve, the science career page covers the paid version, and when you want the same night sky she studies, head up the Mountain district — the best stargazing in Paralives and the Astronomy Club's weekly venue.
