TL;DR
What this career is
Management domain. Team-lead and director roles across every sector — and home to the highest salary in EA. It has no single skill: it stacks on top of another domain's expertise.

Getting hired
How to land a Management job
Management points come from leadership experience, Charisma and the Serious Vibe — not one skill. Senior roles pair Management with a domain skill: Mission Coordinator (Space Agency) wants Management + Science; the Space Agency CEO needs Biology, Science and Management together.
- 1
Open the job board. Click your Para, choose Use Phone then Find a job — or use any computer (the Town Hall and Library have public ones) or a Hiring poster around Melino.
- 2
Check the Application Points. Rank 1 listings need 0 points; every higher rank needs Application Points equal to its rank number — a Rank 12 job needs 12. Points come from leveled skills, sector work experience, the Charisma stat and certain Vibes.
- 3
Accept and set a schedule. Listings refresh every in-game day, you can hold multiple jobs if shifts don't overlap, and you tweak hours at the bottom of the Occupations tab. Applying internally adds +3 points; a Jester Vibe can roll a random +5.
Rank & pay
The rank ladder, entry to capstone
Pay scales with rank. Figures below are daily salaries cross-checked from the EA job tables — treat them as representative, not guaranteed, since patch 0.1.x can rebalance.
- Entry · Rank 1
Store Manager and junior team leads — Management often starts as the senior step of another track (a Service manager, a shift lead). Bank experience in a sector first.
- Mid ranks
Product Manager / Operations Director / Technical Director (ClickWork Industries) — Technical Director is Rank 25, about $830/day, pairing Management with Programming.
- Senior / capstone
CEO (Space Agency) — Rank 46, about $2,850/day, the highest confirmed salary in EA. It demands Biology, Science and Management at once — a true endgame role.
Skills that feed it
What raises your Application Points
These are the player-leveled skills that count toward this domain's Application Points. Level them, or use a cheat to test a higher-rank listing.
This domain has no single required skill in EA — eligibility leans on work experience, the Charisma stat and Vibes instead.
Management has no skill bar; it rides on whatever domain you came from. To reach the top — the Space Agency CEO — you also need Science and Biology, so a science-skilled Para climbs Management fastest.

Common mistakes
Three pitfalls on this track
Trying to start in Management
Most management roles are senior. Build experience and Application Points in another sector first, then step up.
Chasing the CEO too early
The Space Agency CEO needs Biology + Science + Management together. Level a science skill long before Rank 46.
Letting performance slip
Same firing risk as any job. Arrive in a good mood; CLEARSTRIKES clears a bad streak.
