Day 30 lands five days into the Teenager stage (days 26–38 of the lifespan), which reads as about 14.5 years. Eight days remain until the age-up to Young Adult on day 39.
Day 40 on Long
Long lifespans stretch childhood to 47 days (days 31–77). Day 40 reads as roughly 5.6 years old, with 37 days to go before the Preteen stage.
Day 38 on Short
Short lives burn through stages in single-digit days: day 38 sits two days into the 9-day Adult stage (about 45.3 years old), with 4 days left before Elder arrives.
Why sources disagree: 91 vs 98 days
The three lifespan presets total 42 / 91 / 384 in-game days, and the two independent guides that measured stage-by-stage lengths sum exactly to those totals. The Normal-preset stage table on paralives.wiki.gg itself, however, sums to roughly 98 days — 0.5 to 1 day more per stage, with no source explaining the gap. This calculator uses the guide tables because they match the preset totals; the wiki's per-stage days may reflect a post-launch retune or a different counting convention. Neither reading is documented officially.

Age up, lifespans and aging control
When do Paras age up in Paralives?
Automatically, on fixed day boundaries: each preset splits the lifespan (Short 42, Normal 91, Long 384 days) across the eight stages, and a Para ages up the day a stage ends. The calculator above shows the exact days remaining; the NEXTLIFESTAGE console command forces an immediate age-up.
How long is a full life in each lifespan?
Guide measurements put Short at 42 in-game days, Normal at 91 and Long at 384. The wiki's own Normal stage table sums to roughly 98 days — the divergence is explained in the source note above.
Can you stop aging in Paralives?
There is no stop-aging console command. Aging speed, and whether Paras age at all, are Storyteller settings; SETAGE (for example SETAGE 18) sets a Para's age directly.
How does the days-to-years conversion work?
The game displays life stages, not years. The calculator maps a stage's day range linearly onto its documented year range (Baby 0–1 up to Adult 40–64, Elder 65+), so a Young Adult 10 days into a 21-day stage reads as roughly 28.
